Oregon is the hardest cannabis market in the country.
I'm the sales manager who wins it for you.
EXHIBIT A
Provable growth
Every brand I've managed grew. The receipts are a few scrolls down.

The relationships
Nine years of Oregon B2B. Hundreds of accounts served this year alone.

THE ASK
So let me say it plainly.
I want to run go-to-market for Hellavated in Oregon — the sales leadership and the AI machinery behind it. One hire, both jobs. You won't find that combination on a job board, and you're about to see why you want it anyway.
The proof scrolls from here: the market, the machine, the receipts, the map. If even half of it lands, the ask is small — hit me up. The buttons at the bottom of your screen follow you the whole way down.
THE STAKES
First, the hard truth about this market.

And yet your fastest lane is on fire. Infused pre-rolls are up +33.6% in Oregon this year — and the fight for that lane is already a price war, with one rival holding all ten of the state's best-selling pre-roll SKUs at under $5. Beating that isn't a potency problem. It's a go-to-market problem.

Cannabis is already proving the same thing — but only on the consumer side: Dutchie's AI budtender lifts average carts 23%. Retail got its AI budtender. Wholesale never got its AI rep. The POS companies themselves admit AI-driven reordering is "still rare" in cannabis. Nobody has armed the person selling into the store.
That gap is temporary. Somebody's going to own it in Oregon first.

WHAT I BUILT
I didn't wait for that future. I built it.
At my current company I took a full sales team off spreadsheets and onto an AI system I built myself — reps ask it questions in plain language, log field notes by voice, and it runs their book with them.
THE APP
how are Juicy Stickz moving in my territory this month?
17 of your 23 accounts reordered this month. Fastest mover: Moonrock Mercantile — 3 cases in 2 weeks. Two accounts are past their usual cadence: The Neon Nug (34 days) and Huckleberry High (29). Want follow-up tasks?

THE PART THAT MATTERS
AI's failure mode is making things up. Mine is audited.
The first time a rep catches a tool being wrong, they never open it again. So this system checks its own math against the books, order by order.

THE RECEIPTS
Every brand in my book grew. Here are three, over 24 months.
Real order data, July 2024 → July 2026, indexed to each brand's first full selling month = 100. Names withheld on purpose.
the revenue lift McKinsey pegs for AI in sales. Take the low end against a brand doing $5M a month, and it's seven figures a year — before you count the growth above.
McKinsey 2023 · brand scale: Headset, July 2026
And that's before the hours: reps spend 70% of their time not selling, and the system I build buys those hours back. I don't cost money. I pay for myself — and then some.

THE LAUNCH
New brands don't walk themselves into stores.
78 accounts
opened for a brand-new brand in its first three weeks on the market — 105 orders on the books before week four.
New accounts per week — a brand-new launch, three weeks on the market.
Launch is a muscle, and mine stays warm. Every limited-time drop, every new SKU, every Oregon door you don't have yet — somebody has to walk it in, get it on the shelf, and get it reordered before the buzz dies. That's the work I love most.
THE RELATIONSHIPS
You can't cold-call your way into Oregon. I never have to.
Every dot is an account my company served this year — 479 accounts across every region of the state. Nine years in Oregon B2B sales, cannabis since 2021, and I've personally carried the bag in most of these zones.

Your 272 Oregon doors live inside this map. The buyers behind them answer my calls — and the people who'd vouch for that are a phone call away, any time you'd like the numbers.
THE VERDICT
The market is brutal. The playbook is proven. The person exists — and he already knows your shelves.
You're not hiring for this role. That's the point — the best ones show up before the req does.
Hella qualified.
THE MOVE
Worst case? You're out thirty minutes.
Maybe there's no headcount. Maybe the timing's wrong. I'm not asking you to decide anything today — I'm asking for one conversation. If I'm wrong about what this playbook does for your Oregon book, you've lost half an hour. If I'm right, you've found the hire your competitors don't know exists.
